Judy Garland tells Jack Paar a couple of tall tales about working with the Munchkins on The Wizard Of Oz in this clip from Paar's 1967 television special, A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To Hollywood. Judy is obviously under the influence of something here, don't know if it's life, medicine, liebfraumilch, or whatever, but what I do know is that despite her slurred speech, Judy's timing is impeccable and her delivery is hysterical.
