The Cambridge Police Department Youth Academy visited our Explosive Disposal Ordinance Unit, also known as EOD, this summer. In a demonstration, EOD disarms a potential bomb using equipment allowing them to do it from a distance. EOD’s primary mission is to ensure residents’ safety.
