WEATHER UPDATE: Typhoon Uwan (international name: Fung-wong) has further intensified while moving west-northwestward over the Philippine Sea east of Eastern Visayas, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Saturday, November 8.
