38 reactions | One more video from Mike Weedon, today: here are Red-crowned Cranes at the famous Akan International Crane Centre (Kushiro), in eastern Hokkaido; including one having a bit of a dance. The cranes come down to feed on grain put out to help them feed in the winter. There was not much snow at this time (22 January), but the ground was frozen solid and it was bitterly cold!
