I love rebounding to help clear lymph and get it moving!!! But before you get on the rebounder you really should clear your lymph nodes first. This ensures that your lymphatic fluid can drain into your termini. Remember all lymph fluid will pass through at least 1 lymph node before entering the termini… so make sure your lymph nodes are free and clear to accept that fluid you are wanting to drain. If you don’t remember the order or location of the major lymph nodes you can get my detailed poster
