Easy Homemade Play Dough (save this ❤️) • 1 cup flour • ½ cup salt • 2 tsp cream of tartar • 2 Tbsp oil • 1 cup boiling water • Food coloring, glitter, or scent (optional) How to make it: Mix dry ingredients.
