The John Adams Courthouse in Boston, Massachusetts is a place of incredible beauty and significance hidden in plain sight. The building houses the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and the Social Law Library, which is the nation's oldest law library. The public can visit the Courthouse to see all of the architecture, as well as learn about its history, for free.
