It takes five medications to help keep my bipolar brain functioning—and I’m not ashamed of that. Each one has a different job, from stabilizing my moods and treating bipolar depression to managing anxiety and helping me sleep. Medication doesn’t make me weak, and it doesn’t erase my bipolar disorder. It gives me a fighting chance to manage it. This is my prescribed combination, not medical advice. 🖤💊 #bipolar #bipolar2 #mentalhealthmedication #mentalhealthawareness #endthestigma
