🍄We grew oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) in spent coffee grounds. I layered coffee grounds and mushroom grain spawn in a used coffee cup (washed and sterilized with 70% isopropyl alcohol). Ratio of 25% grain spawn to 75% moist coffee grounds. Coffee grounds must be used within 24 hours after brewing. Once you add or inoculate the grounds, place in an undisturbed area for 2-3 weeks until grounds are colonized by the mycelium. I removed the lid to allow airflow and misted the top with wate
