Любимый с детства десерт , готовлю дома всегда только так и вам рекомендую попробовать Так как муки совсем мало , а влаги из за яиц много я добавляю крахмал что бы он забрал на себя лишнюю влагу Когда закинете яблоки в сахар , карамель сращу застынет , паниковать не стоит , на слабом огне дайте им постоять и она разойдется
