Lemon praline tart, made with a sweet pasty case, hazelnut milk chocolate crunch, lemon cremeux and vanilla cream. I topped it with a white chocolate decoration and used a weave tip nozzle to pipe whipped ganache. Finished with a few little chocolate sticks! | Matt Adlard
