I made spaghetti with ground turkey at 12 o’clock, didn’t realize how long it had been sitting out, and my husband ate some hours later and got sick immediately. That’s how fast foodborne illness can hit y’all. Cooked food can’t sit out more than 2 hours. After that, bacteria multiply fast, especially in poultry and pasta, even when the food still looks and smells perfectly fine. I’m shari
