The Dressed to Kilt fashion show came to Washington, D.C. for the first time in its 20 year history. This year, the show was in benefit of the Navy SEAL Foundation. Former SEALS and celebrities, such as Sean Spicer Oscar winner Lesley Paterson, and Miss Scotland, Lucy Sophia Thomson, strutted their stuff in Scottish kilts.
