Sukkot starts tonight! The holiday celebrates the end of the harvest season in Israel and commemorates God protecting the Israelites' exodus from Egypt. A sukkah must be built under the open sky, have at least 3 walls and a roof made from unprocessed natural materials, such as bamboo or palm branches.
