While the housing market has shown weakness in recent months, some areas still outperformed the rest of the country.

The 85138 zip code, which contains much of the city of Maricopa in Pinal County, was the hottest real estate zip code in Arizona last year — and one of the top 20 in the U.S., according to a new Opendoor analysis.

New Braunfels, San Antonio and Kyle were all in the top 10 for the hottest zip codes in the United States in 2024.

Two areas in Charlotte are now considered up-and-coming, according to reports from the Charlotte Business Journal.
