The Dolphins are looking at trade options involving cornerback Jalen Ramsey, but they are not doing the same with wide receiver Tyreek Hill.

Grier was asked this week if the organization still trusts Tyreek Hill as a captain and leader, and why so, after several off-field incidents in the past two years, including one that resulted in an officer going to his Sunny Isles condominium last week but resulted in no charges.

Hill used to play for Kansas City before he was jettisoned out of town after the Chiefs' first Super Bowl victory. The trade helped the Chiefs land Trent McDuffie in the draft, saved them money, and propelled them to two more Super Bowl wins in three appearances.
