Echo of Ada is centered around sorties, heading out into the world and gathering materials, fending off rival players, picking up bounties, and generally just surviving. A nice bit of variety gets added to that flow with the introduction of the CIC missions,

The “Synduality: Echo of Ada” experience doesn’t really begin until you’ve lost everything. That’s what I learned after seeing hours worth of work explode in my face in an ambush. While scavenging the surface of an apocalyptic earth in a mech, a fellow Drifter ambushed me and took my haul and parts.

SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada features a variety of unique weapons for players to make use of, but these are arguably the best of the bunch.

This seems upsetting at first but makes sense once you realize that almost every weapon in this game hits hard, and two players could easily dominate an entire lobby.

Initially, in SynDuality: Echo of Ada, it may seem like players only belong to one faction — the Drifter Support Association. While doing jobs for the Association may seem cushy and primarily focused on gathering materials from the surface, lurking just below this surface is a different choice players can make.

What makes SYNDUALITY: Echo of Ada more accessible than most other extraction shooters is its relative simplicity. Inventory management is not excessively tedious, and the risk of being constantly bullied by superior players is mitigated through the in-game faction system.
