A suspect is dead after he shot two Pennsylvania state troopers responding to a call Thursday morning about 45 miles from Scranton, officials said.

Gov. Josh Shapiro said Thursday that two Pennsylvania State Police troopers were shot in Thompson, Susquehanna County.
