The Federal Aviation Administration announced that New York Helicopter Tours, which owned the helicopter that crashed into the Hudson River last week, is shutting down operations.

The company that operated the helicopter that crashed into the Hudson River in New York last week, killing all six people on board, will shut down immediately, the Federal Aviation Administration said late Sunday.

All six people on board the craft, operated by New York Helicopter Tours, died when it crashed into the Hudson River on Thursday.
