Grades are in for the Phillies (and other MLB teams) now that the trade deadline has come and gone. The Phillies made some major moves, acquiring dominant closer Jhoan Duran and right-handed outfielder Harrison Bader in separate deals with the Twins.

The trade deadline has come and passed. Now, the next important transaction deadline is August 31 for players placed on waivers. The Philadelphia Phillies were certainly very busy at the trade deadline this summer. They were aggressive buyers and added bullpen help as well as a key outfield bat.
