Milwaukee Bucks teammates Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard will be on opposing ends of the court during the 2025 NBA All-Star Game in San Francisco on Sunday, Feb. 16, as the pair were drafted onto different teams on Thursday night.

Ahead of the team's matchup against the Hawks, the Bucks announced that their All-Star forward is listed as questionable entering the matchup against Atlanta. Antetokounmpo has played himself into the MVP race this season, averaging 31.8 points, 12.2 rebounds and 5.9 assists per game, leading the Bucks in average points and rebounds.

Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo will now be learning what it's like to play in the NBA without Khris Middleton as a teammate.

Antetokounmpo has played his way into the MVP conversation this season, despite injury woes. He's averaged 31.8 points, 12.2 rebounds and 5.9 assists per game. Antetokounmpo is No. 2 in the NBA in terms of average points, behind Oklahoma City Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

Antetokounmpo and Middleton are immortal in Wisconsin for their play in the 2021 postseason, when they led Milwaukee to its first NBA title since 1971 (Middleton, whose playoff scoring averages tend to hover above his regular-season scoring averages, put up 23.6 points per game that postseason).

NBA analyst and former teammate Demarcus Cousin believes that Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo could leave the team if things don't work out.
