Robin Schiff, who wrote the original and is known for showrunning the Neflix hit Emily in Paris, returned to pen the sequel. Laurence Marks, the veteran producer who produced the original, is also back in same role. Barry Kemp, the creator of 1980s series Newhart, is also producing.

Romy and Michele's High School Reunion is finally getting a sequel. A follow-up to the cult '90s classic, starring Friends ' Lisa Kudrow and Hollywood 's Mira Sorvino, has been discussed for ages, but now it's actually happening.
