Ex-Harrods owner Mohamed Al Fayed is accused of having raped at least five of his employees and sexually abused at least 100 during his tenure as the luxury department store's boss

Five women alleged they were raped by Mohamed Al Fayed, who died last year at the age of 94, with a number of others alleging sexual misconduct.

The high-end London department store, Harrods, said Thursday that it is “utterly appalled” by allegations of abuse – including rape – perpetrated by its former owner, the late billionaire Mohamed Al Fayed.
