On Tuesday, autopsy results presented by Jones in court revealed Kradle was lying face down when he was hit by the vehicle, resulting in massive injuries on both sides of his head, his back and his right shoulder. He was only wearing swimming trunks when he was found and the autopsy indicated he was dragged after impact.

MOUNT CARROLL, Ill. — Months after his body was found along Illinois Route 78, a jury has decided that 18-year-old Jackson Kradle's death was a homicide.
