Buffett has never sold a single share of Coca-Cola. The stock has split a few times over the last 30 years, leaving Berkshire with 400 million shares at the end of the 2024 third quarter. Those shares are worth $25 billion at current share prices, and paying $776 million in annual dividends.

Berkshire Hathaway bought up more VeriSign shares as the final days of 2024 ticked away. Warren Buffett’s company paid $15.6 million from Dec. 26 through Monday for 76,487 more shares of VeriSign, a provider of internet domain-name registry services.

Citi said it is encouraged by recent month-over-month growth in .com domain registrations, which could point to year-over-year growth in 2025.
