A tractor-trailer caught fire on southbound Interstate 295 in Northeast on Saturday afternoon, according to the DC Fire and EMS Department (DCFD). In a post on X just after 10 a.m., DCFD said crews were responding to a fire at Eastern Avenue involving a tractor-trailer refrigerator truck.
