After a scare in practice, Cedric Tillman returned to the field just days later, a huge relief for a Browns team already thin at wide receiver heading into the 2025 season.

The Browns’ four-man quarterback competition has put a spotlight on the team’s passing game and its pass catchers. The Browns roster currently boasts 12 wide receivers and five tight ends. The formula for the Browns to win games in 2025 is simple: Play good defense and control the ball on offense.

Stefanski said, via multiple reporters, that the team "dodged a bullet" with Tillman's injury and that he will be at practice on Saturday. Guard Teven Jenkins, running back Jerome Ford and safety Tony Brown will not take part in practice, but Stefanski said all three players are moving closer to returning to action.
