Samsung Electronics has warned its striking workers in southern India they will not receive wages if they continue protesting and also face the risk of termination, a company email showed, escalating a dispute between the company and its employees.

For the past 11 days, about 1,500 workers of South Korean technology giant Samsung Electronics have been striking work in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu, leading to major disruptions in production.

Samsung (OTCPK:SSNLF) has told its employees at an Indian home appliance factory who are striking over wages they will not receive their pay and their jobs could be at risk if the protests continued,

Beyond the list above, Samsung is expected to eventually update other Galaxy devices with One UI 6.1.1. The update will likely be available to the past couple of generations of flagship Galaxy phones while also making its way to mid-range smartphones and tablets in time.

One UI 6.1.1 is seemingly rolling out to Galaxy S22 devices in South Korea. The upcoming One UI 7 promises significant changes; delays could indicate thorough bug-fixing by Samsung for the release.
