It’s likely why one Milwaukee Bucks deal – an exchange of MarJon Beauchamp for Kevin Porter Jr. – garnered little attention on a basketball level. That is until about two weeks later, when Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo broadly grinned and hailed the acquisition of Porter.

The Bucks have won three consecutive games since the All-Star break and four overall, and Kuzma has played an important part in each.

Milwaukee is hoping that the additions of Porter Jr. and Kuzma can push them over the hump. The Bucks enter the All-Star break as fifth in the Eastern Conference standings. If they can get healthy in the second half of the season, they feel like they can make a much deeper run in the playoffs after getting bounced in the first round last season.
