The white BMW was heading east on the Belt Parkway approaching the Cross Bay Blvd. exit in Howard Beach just after 6 a.m. when the 24-year-old driver lost control of the wheel, cops said.

Driver Noah Thompson, 24, and passenger Jewel Perez, 22, died after he plowed his BMW into a concrete divider while going east on the parkway.
