A number of teams have been tied to the Miami Heat since Jimmy Butler formally requested a trade several weeks ago. And although Butler wants to move to the Phoenix Suns, he may not end up there. Brian Windhorst is reporting that the Memphis Grizzlies are “lurking” in trade talks for Butler.

The Suns desperately want Butler and the player appears to covet the same - though numerous roadblocks stand in the way of making a deal happen. Though there appears to be little progress made as of late, ESPN NBA insider Brian Windhorst says the Suns are still very much pushing for a move.

The Phoenix Suns appear to be scrambling to fix their roster, but the damage has likely been done. They've got to roll with what they have.
