They matched four white balls and the red Powerball, only missing one number. The winning numbers were 1, 11, 22, 47, 68 and 7.

A Mega Millions ticket sold in Washington won $1 million and narrowly missed the $800 million jackpot, lottery officials say. The Washington ticket matched all five winning numbers, but not the Mega Ball, in the drawing Tuesday, Sept. 10, the Washington Lottery said.

The Mega Millions jackpot has soared to an estimated $800 million after no ticket matched all six numbers in Friday night's drawing. This makes it the seventh-largest jackpot in the game's history, trailing only six jackpots that exceeded $1 billion.
