National Signing Day opened on Wednesday. Here are the top team rankings of 2025 with college football's regular signing period open:

Austin Simmons is expected to be under center for the Rebels on opening day in 2025, replacing record-setting quarterback Jaxson Dart, who left for the NFL Draft. Simmons, a 3-star recruit in 2023, played sparingly for the Rebels last season but the lefty quarterback completed 19 of his 32 passes and added two touchdowns in 2024.
