It comes a week after a general strike was held in Minnesota.
Several Latino-run businesses will be closed Friday to show solidarity with those throughout the country who have been severely affected by the actions of ICE.
We will not allow our constitutional rights to be infringed and we demand ice out everywhere,” a post on one business’s Instagram reads.
Many small businesses couldn’t afford to take a day off for the general strike. So, they found other ways to support the movement.
