In his first PGA Tour playoff, Ryan Fox birdied the 18th hole to knock out Mackenzie Hughes and Harry Higgs to win the Oneflight Myrtle Beach Classic.

Ryan Fox chipped in from just outside 50 feet on the first playoff hole to win the Myrtle Beach Classic on Sunday for his first PGA Tour title, sending him back to the PGA Championship.

The off-Broadway PGA Tour event on Sunday came down to a United Nations playoff of sorts, featuring an American folk-hero in the making, a Canadian already with a trophy shelf, and a 38-year-old New Zealander intent on conquering the new world.
