Three people were killed and two others seriously wounded in what police are calling a “targeted” and possibly gang-related shooting late Tuesday in south Minneapolis, while another man was fatally shot outside an SUV with children inside the following day near a staging area where police planned a briefing on the spate of deadly gunfire.
