Acer joins the PC handheld market as Lenovo reveals a new Legion Go, but there’s only one PC gaming brand I’m looking for - and it still hasn’t shown its hand.

Acer is releasing an 11-inch PC gaming handheld with the Acer Nitro Blaze 11, and it comes complete with detachable controllers.

While the Nitro series sticks to the RTX 40 series GPUs, it's the Predator Helios series that will feature Nvidia’s newly announced 50 series laptop graphic cards. The flagship models include the Predator Helios 16 AI and Predator Helios 18 AI, alongside the midrange Predator Helios Neo 16S AI.

The Nitro Blaze 8 and 11 also differ in design, with the Blaze 11 featuring detachable controllers. The larger Acer option also has a front camera, making it practical for video calls. Weighing 2.3 lbs, only the Nitro Blaze 11 includes a sturdy kickstand. Players will benefit from Hall effect analog sticks and triggers on both models.

Acer is looking to expand its foothold in the handheld gaming console market with the announcement of the Nitro Blaze 11 and Nitro Blaze 8. Although details about these new devices are scarce, except for what we've seen in the press release,
