Quarterback Drake Maye continued his MVP campaign, avoiding the New York Jets pass rush and delivering darts throughout the night. The Patriots defense forced a fumble to seal the game in the final minutes.

The Patriots offense was in a funk for much of the afternoon, with its lowlight moment coming in the early second quarter. Drake Maye overshot tight end Hunter Henry in the middle of the field, instead hitting safety Geno Stone, who returned the interception 32 yards for a touchdown — the first pick-six of Maye’s career.

The New England Patriots put their seven-game winning streak on the line against the New York Jets, who are putting a two-game winning streak on the line, on Thursday, Nov. 13.

The Cincinnati Bengals didn’t get Joe Burrow back for the Week 12 game against the New England Patriots, but his return a few days later for the Thanksgiving game against the Baltimore Ravens seemed all but guaranteed. Those Bengals needed to respond with a win over the New England Patriots on Sunday to keep hope alive, though.
