OUTER BANKS, N.C. (WAVY) — North Carolina Highway 12 will reopen Tuesday afternoon between the Oregon Inlet and Rodanthe and the north of Ocracoke at 3 p.m. after being closed since Saturday evening.
OCRACOKE, N.C. (WNCT) — Highway NC 12 on Ocracoke Island is set to reopen at 3 p.m. today. NCDOT NC 12 also said on social media that ferry service to Hatteras is resuming with departures at 3 p.m.
