Marvel Rivals as we all know is Marvel's superhero team-based PVP shooter game. Produced by NetEase Games and Marvel, the game uses their heroes to form teams and fight with one another online.

That means if NetEase holds that planned pace, the first year of the game will see 8 new heroes added to the roster. For reference, Overwatch 2 has added 10 new heroes since its launch slightly over 2 years ago.

Marvel Rivals has laid out just how many heroes the game will be getting and at what pace they will arrive going forward.

NetEase Games is telling Marvel Rivals players that a new hero will launch every month and a half as additional seasons roll out. The studio’s creative director, Guangyun Chen, clarified the team’s post-launch plans during an interview with Metro.
