The Vancouver Canucks spent time working on their special teams before the start of their Training Camp scrimmage.

Ahead of their Team Blue vs. Team White scrimmage on the final day of training camp from the South Okanagan Events Centre, the Vancouver Canucks did some special teams work, giving us our first look at the units they’ll roll into the preseason with.

Adding the 29-year-old goalie on a one-year, $887,000 deal gives Vancouver another experienced NHL option in net, which was sorely needed.

The more things change, the more they stay the same. The on-ice drills during Day 3 of Canucks training camp in Penticton didn’t showcase any groundbreaking line shuffles or game plans, but a whole lot happened off the ice today.

Day three of Vancouver Canucks Training Camp featured a new signing as well as some movement within the practice groups. Saturday was also the final day of the practice groups as the Canucks got prepared for the end-of-camp scrimmage scheduled for tomorrow.

There was subtle, telling information that we were able to gather about various players and the team itself after watching closely.
