Team USA defeated Canada 2-1 in overtime to win the gold medal in men's hockey at the 2026 Milan Cortina Olympics.

Jack Hughes scored in overtime and the U.S. beat Canada on Sunday, earning the nation’s third men’s title at the Games and its first since 1980.
