Penn State wide receiver Julian Fleming declared for the 2025 NFL draft on Jan. 16, he announced on his Instagram account. A graduate from Southern Columbia in Catawissa, Pennsylvania, Fleming spent his first four collegiate seasons with Ohio State University.
