A redshirt sophomore from Bixby, OK, Jakeb Snyder became the first-ever recipient of the Baker & Emily Mayfield Foundation Walk On Scholarship on Wednesday.

The Spartans pulled their starters before halftime on their way to a 80-0 homecoming win over their district opponents. It was Bixby’s 54th consecutive win.

Oklahoma is continuing to round out its wide receiver room. Jakeb Snyder, a 5-foot-10, 175-pound play maker from Bixby High School, announced his commitment to the Sooners on Friday afternoon.
