NEW DELHI (ANI)- Indian pace sensation Jasprit Bumrah has been honoured as the ICC Men’s Test Cricketer of the Year for 2024, following his finest-ever performance in the red-ball format, according to the International Cricket Council (ICC).

Bumrah, 31, ended last year as the top wicket-taker in Tests with 71 wickets and inspired India to the T20 World Cup title in June.

Bumrah played a total of 13 Tests and eight ODIs last year. He secured 71 and 15 wickets, respectively. As a result, Bumrah became only the fifth Indian cricketer to win the aforementioned accolade.
