Max Verstappen has admitted his controversial collision with George Russell at the Spanish Grand Prix "was not right" and "shouldn't have happened."

Red Bull driver Max Verstappen got into a collision with Mercedes' George Russell at the Spanish GP, an incident Sky Sports commentator Nico Rosberg condemned.

George Russell said Max Verstappen “absolutely” ought to have been disqualified if he intentionally crashed into him at the end of Sunday’s Spanish Grand Prix, adding that the world champion’s actions “felt very deliberate”.
